The Los Angeles Dodgers set their lineup for the first game of a three-game set on the road against the Minnesota Twins.
The Dodgers are looking to bounce back after a rough loss to the Baltimore Orioles Sunday, which cost them their final home series of the month. Their game against the Twins is the first in a nine-game road trip.
Who is starting for the Dodgers?
Reliever Will Klein is opening the game on the mound for the Dodgers.
So far this season, Klein has a 2-2 record with an ERA of 2.37 and 32 strikeouts.
The team had previously listed Eric Lauer as the probable starter.
No reason was given for the change, though SportsNet LA’s Kirsten Watson said it appears Klein will be serving as opener for Lauer.
Maddie Lee of the Los Angeles Times reports Klein is expected to go one inning, with Lauer coming in the second.

Lauer has struggled keeping the ball in the park, allowing five homers across his five starts, but has still shown he can bounce back and give his team a solid outing.
Who is in the Dodgers’ lineup?
The Dodgers are rolling out a pretty standard lineup for the first game of the set, keeping designated hitter Shohei Ohtani, center fielder Andy Pages, first baseman Freddie Freeman and shortstop Mookie Betts as their first four hitters. Third baseman Max Muncy will bat fifth, followed by right fielder Kyle Tucker.
Second baseman Tommy Edman steps back into the lineup for the Dodgers, batting seventh, and lefties Dalton Rushing and Ryan Ward will round out the order for LA.

Who will pitch for the Twins?
The Twins have right-hander Zebby Matthews on the mound for the first game of the series.
Matthews began the season in Triple-A, but has made seven starts since making his season debut in May. He has a 4.78 ERA on the year, and hasn’t been very consistent since the beginning of the year. He has allowed two runs through seven innings in two of his last three starts, but also allowed seven runs in between those two outings.
The young right-hander has never faced the Dodgers, and they’ll look to take control early to break their spell of poor offense this season.
