Dodgers Rumors: Team Willing to Eat Big Contracts in Trades
The Dodgers front office are definitely working the phones and it seems shedding bad contracts are one their primary directives.
Fox Sports, Ken Rosenthal, reports that the Dodgers are willing to include cash in any deal that ships either Andre Ethier or Carl Crawford out of town. Both of them are owed almost $80M over the next two seasons.

Obviously, getting rid of Crawford first would be great, but if Friedman can somehow combine Ethier and Crawford to get the Dodgers a starting caliber pitcher, it’ll definitely be a step in the right direction.
By the way, Clayton Kershaw caught Ken Rosenthal on Twitter the other day. Enjoy:
Shouldn't u be working in Nashville instead of napping on my flight @Ken_Rosenthal? pic.twitter.com/WVgF0Zo0gY
