Dodgers Spring Training Schedule: Key Dates and Highlight Games for 2023

Baseball season is officially here! The conclusion of the Super Bowl means baseball season is finally upon us, and this week, the Dodgers are heading to Camelback Ranch to kick off Spring Training.

If you don’t really know much about Spring Training, or wanted to check it out but don’t know when to go, you’re in the right place. Here’s all the key dates you need to know, and what to watch out for over the next six weeks or so.

Key Dates

February 15: Pitchers and catchers officially report to camp.

February 19: All position players officially report to camp.

February 25: Dodgers’ first game against the Milwaukee Brewers at 12:10 p.m.

February 27: Dodgers take on the San Diego Padres for the first time in 2023 at 12:10 p.m.

March 3: Dodgers take on the Angels in Arizona at 12:10 p.m.

March 26: Angels come to Dodger Stadium for the annual Spring Training Freeway Series.

March 27-28: Dodgers head to Angel Stadium for the remainder of the Spring Training Freeway Series.

All the Dodger games will be televised on Spectrum SportsNet LA.

Also, the World Baseball Classic will run from March 7 to March 21, so don’t expect to see any of the eight Dodgers participating during that stretch.

There are also a few key storylines to watch out for. You can read about the biggest questions still looming as we enter Spring Training here. There a few key positional battles that will need to be sorted out, and some final roster decisions. The Dodgers could also still have another move in them before Opening Day, and there’s no better place to sort all that out than Spring Training.
