3 Dodgers Stars Debut on ‘Wheel of Fortune’ This Week

Three Los Angeles Dodgers fan favorites are competing against each other on “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” in an episode that debuts this week.

Freddie Freeman, Kike Hernandez and Miguel Rojas will face off, with the winner getting up to $1 million toward the charity of their choice.

Their episode, along with nine others, premieres Friday, June 12, on Disney+ and Hulu.

“This summer, ‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’ brings 10 all-new episodes exclusively to Disney+ and Hulu beginning Friday, June 12,” Disney said in an announcement of the new season. “Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White welcome celebrity contestants as they SPIN television’s most famous wheel for the chance to win up to $1 MILLION for a charity of their choice.”

Who will the Dodgers be playing for?

The charities picked by each player haven’t been made public yet, but the three Dodgers’ previous charitable efforts could offer a hint as to what cause they’d support.

Freeman, for instance, donated $1 million to Children’s Hospital of Orange County in 2025.

Hernandez has supported eye health and spoken out in defense of immigrants amid raids in LA.

Rojas has been active in the local community as well, especially in partnership with the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation.

Those great causes, though, will have to hope their favorite Dodger comes through with a win.

Who else is playing ‘Celebrity Wheel of Fortune’?

The Boys in Blue are far from the only athletes participating in the set of 10 episodes.

Also on the slate are longtime Pittsburgh Steeler Cameron Heyward, WWE wrestler Nikki Bella and Seattle Seahawks speedster Rashid Shaheed.

Outside of sports, competitors include “Top Chef” host Kristen Kish, rapper Action Bronson, comedian and talk show host Hasan Minhaj, and actor Brett Gelman of “Stranger Things.”
