Spring Training Highlights: Offense Scores 10 Runs Vs Rangers

In the home game of the Los Angeles Dodgers split-squad games on Sunday, they scored 10 runs and defeated the Texas Rangers.

Brandon McCarthy went 5.2 innings in his longest start of the spring, allowing three runs and earning the win. Infielder Buck Britton ended a triple short of the cycle. In the fourth inning, Britton came to the plate with a runner on second and delivered a pitch over the wall in right field to make it 7-3:

An inning earlier, Adrian Gonzalez came to bat with the Dodgers down a run and a runner on first. He laced a double off the wall in left to tie the game at three:

Howie Kendrick came up after Gonzalez and broke the tie with an RBI single:

The Dodgers would end up winning the game, 10-5.
