Dodgers Collaborate with ‘Born x Raised’ for Exclusive Merchandise Release

Since 2013, Los Angeles-based clothing brand ‘Born x Raised’ has been creating merchandise for natives to proudly represent their city. The late Chris “Spanto” Printup first launched the brand thanks to fashion inspiration from growing up in L.A. and closely studying streetwear throughout the decades.

Born x Raised has successfully partnered with a number of professional sports teams to release custom products such as the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Rams. Fans may also remember a few years ago when they celebrated the Dodgers’ 2020 World Series title with an exclusive merchandise drop as just one of their multiple times working together.

But in case you didn’t know, this 2024 season is like none other for the Dodgers. Shohei Ohtani is now on the right side of town and posting historic numbers, Dodger Stadium’s attendance has been better than ever and the team is starting to run away with the NL West already.

Therefore, Born x Raised has chosen the perfect time to hit the market once again with a Dodgers merchandise collaboration. This campaign features a wide selection of New Era team hats, coach jackets, crewnecks, long sleeve shirts and so much more. Browse through all of the new merchandise and purchase here.

There’s also plenty of Dodgers and Los Angeles history behind this new release from Born x Raised. Specifically, their creative team was inspired by historic Dodgers broadcaster Jaime Jarrín and his family

“The campaign focuses on renowned Dodgers broadcaster Jaime Jarrín and three generations of his family, captured at their San Marino home by Eddie Salinas. Jaime, the Spanish-language broadcaster for the Dodgers for over four decades, earned numerous accolades and a cherished place in Dodgers fans’ hearts. In a historic moment, Jaime was joined by his son, Jorge Jarrín, forming the only father-son duo in Dodgers broadcasting history. Together, they brought the excitement of Dodgers baseball to Spanish-speaking audiences nationwide, epitomizing the Jarrín family’s commitment to the Dodgers and highlighting the team’s dedication to inclusivity and diversity in sports media.”
