Dodgers Don’t Have Most Expensive Median Ticket Prices in MLB for 2025 Season
The Los Angeles Dodgers may have one of the highest payrolls entering the 2025 season, but they are not the holders of the most expensive median ticket prices in the league.

As things like inflation and general costs of living rise, especially in Los Angeles, the Dodgers rank No. 2 in MLB in terms of their average costs for fans to attend a game.
Gametime, a leading platform for live event ticket sales, recently released information about all 30 MLB team’s average home game prices.
The leaders of this list are a team that may shock the baseball world: The West Sacramento Athletics.
The A’s will be playing in a Triple-A stadium as a new stadium in Las Vegas is still in the process of being built for them, and the median price of their tickets are $181 per seat.
The Dodgers follow with their median at $177 per seat and third place is another minor league stadium occupant, the Tampa Bay Rays, with $146 per ticket.
The cheapest average seats in baseball are the Miami Marlins, who are at just $44 a seat, followed by a team that plays about an hour away from the Dodgers, the Los Angeles Angels, who are at $54 a ticket on average.

Fans are hoping that the kind of talent that will be on the diamond is more than worth the second highest median ticket price in the league.
With a reigning MVP, a newly acquired two-time Cy Young award winner, international phenoms, and core pieces from the 2024 championship run all rostered for this season, it’s safe to say that the stadium will be filled with excellent play all season long as the Dodgers chase back-to-back titles.
The Dodgers opened up the season in Japan as part of the MLB Tokyo Series to play the first two games of the season against the Chicago Cubs. When they return at 2-0, the excitement will be palpable to see this team in action.
