How to Vote Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts and the Rest of the Dodgers Into the All-Star Game

The 2024 All-Star Game ballot opened for the initial round of voting on Wednesday. Each team nominated nine players for Phase 1.

Fans can cast their votes for Dodgers exclusively online and via mobile devices at Dodgers.com/voteMLB.com/vote, the MLB App, and the MLB Ballpark App until the initial round of voting concludes at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 27. During the first phase, fans can vote for their favorite Dodgers up to five times daily.



Phase 1 ends on Thursday, June 27, when the top two vote-getters at each position (and the top six outfielders) in each League will be revealed on MLB Network at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET, and they will advance to the second phase of voting to determine who makes the All-Star teams and starts for each League. The leading vote-getter for each position will get a starting assignment for the All-Star Game and skip Phase 2 which begins on June 30.

Phase 2 will begin at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 30, with fans voting among the finalists at each position during a four-day window that concludes at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 3. 

Vote totals will reset for the second round and fans can only vote once a day. The winners will be announced on ESPN at 4 p.m. PT during the All-Star Selection Show on July 3.

Here are the Dodgers nominees for the 2024 All-Star Game:

First Base: Freddie Freeman

Second Base: Gavin Lux

Third Base: Max Muncy

Shortstop: Mookie Betts

Outfield: Teoscar Hernandez, Andy Pages, Jason Heyward

DH: Shohei Ohtani
