Alex Vesia is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He was born on April 11th, 1996, in Alpine, California. Vesia was selected by the Miami Marlins in the 17th round of the 2018 MLB June Amateur Draft from California State University, East Bay, and made his Major League debut on July 25th, 2020.

On February 12th, 2021, the Miami Marlins traded LHP Alex Vesia and RHP Kyle Hurt to Los Angeles Dodgers for Dylan Floro. Vesia quickly established himself as a key bullpen piece and fan favorite.
