Dodgers Announce 18 New Food Items at Dodger Stadium for 2025 Season
The Los Angeles Dodgers kicked off the season Thursday against the Detroit Tigers. Opening Day in L.A. means a number of new food items will be offered at Dodger Stadium for the 2025 season.
For fans attending home games, there will be a chicken katsu club and an updated home run platter located at Delicious Hospitality in Field 8. The katsu club will include crispy chicken katsu, Texas toast, kewpie mayo, avocado spread, arugula, applewood bacon, and tomatoes.
The home run platter includes teriyaki chicken with steamed rice, blistered shishito peppers, veggie dumplings, and crispy spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce.
A pastrami burger will be available at Fan Fare in Field 10 and Reserve 31 sections at Dodger Stadium. The food item features a beef patty topped with thinly sliced pastrami, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard served on a potato bun.
There will also be various new sweet treats offered at The Sweet Spot located in Field 46, including fresh funnel cakes, hand crafted shakes, popping boba, s’mores nachos, and a traditional boba sundae.
At Think Blue BBQ in left field pavilion, a latin BBQ platter will be available, which includes a shareable platter with al pastor pork ribs, pulled pork, chorizo links, esquite, chipotle cornbread, habanero baked beans, pineapple salsa, and spicy coleslaw.
Additionally, a 16-inch jalapeño cheddar sausage topped with white cheese sauce, corn relish, cilantro crema, tortilla strips and served with crispy French fries called “The Slugger” will be available. A loaded BBQ baked potato and popping boba Dole Whip will also be served at Think Blue BBQ.
At Fan Fare in Loge 133, a Korean fried chicken bowl will be offered. A sweet cheese quesadilla sundae will be served at 7th Inning Sweets in Reserve 2.
Top Deck Dogs will offer dill pickle tots with ranch dressing. LA Feeds Blue in left field plaza will serve a pho brisket dip sandwich. The item will include sliced brisket served on rye bread with garlic mustard aioli, Thai basil, cilantro, scallions, pickled red onions and pho broth for dipping.
The Hornitos Cantina in Right Field Pavilion 52 will feature shucos, a bacon wrapped all beef dog, avocado mash, ketchup, mustard, mayo, sauerkraut.
And finally, Gindaco located at Field 45 will feature Takoyaki Dashi, which contains battered octopus fritters, kewpie mayo, Takoyaki Dashi sauce, bonito flakes, tempura crisps, fish powder and scallions.
There will be plenty to eat at Dodger Stadium this season, and several new food items to try!
