Dodgers Fans React to Latest Noah Syndergaard Rough Outing

Dodgers RHP Noah Syndergaard struggled yet again on Wednesday, in a game against the Washington Nationals he easily could have won.

The Dodgers got three runs in the 1st inning of off LHP Patrick Corbin, giving Syndergaard a quick 3-0 lead. However, Syndergaard let the Nationals work their way back into the game, and ultimately left with the Dodgers trailing 5-4.

Overall, Syndergaard went five innings and allowed seven hits, five runs and two walks while striking out just two. He raised his ERA to 6.54 on the year.

This was yet another bad start in Syndergaard’s rough first (and probably only) season with the Dodgers. He was hoping to revitalize his career in Los Angeles, but unfortunately, they just weren’t able to get it done.

After Syndergaard’s rough outing on Wednesday, Dodger fans took to Twitter to share their disappointment with how his season has gone.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens with Syndergaard. The Dodgers can’t keep throwing him out there, however, until Julio Urias returns, they may not have any other great options.

This does feel like the final straw, though, as Syndergaard should have put away the weak Nationals lineup early in this one.
