Dodgers Fans React to Noah Syndergaard Facing LA

A failed offseason restoration project for the Dodgers got his opportunity to prove to the team that they made a mistake when they traded him early this year. Unfortunately, Noah Syndergaard showed what fans are used to when he took the mound for the Guardians Tuesday night.

In 12 starts with the Dodgers this season, Syndergaard was not good. He is at the top of the list of worst seasons by a Dodgers pitcher in franchise history. He had a 7.16 ERA and gave up a home run a game.

For his revenge game, Syndergaard was unable to prove that the Dodgers were missing out on him not being in Los Angeles. Through three innings, Syndergaard gave up three runs on three hits. He did settle down to get through six innings but left the game with the Dodgers on top.

Dodgers fans went to Twitter to rate Syndergaard’s performance. In a response to a Dodgers Nation tweet, fans were not pleased with his performance.

Many people were creative with the three words they were allowed to tweet.

Other Dodgers fans needed more than three words to get out their feelings about Syndergaard.

Although the Dodgers were winning when Syndergaard came out of the game, the Guardians did end up winning. Fans were displeased and sarcastically hyping Syndergaard up.
