Dodgers Injury Updates: Brusdar Graterol Could Rejoin the Team This Weekend
The Dodgers continue to progress and get healthy after a rocky start to the 2021 season. They already got back Cody Bellinger and Zach McKinstry this weekend, and 2 more guys appear to be on their way.
AJ Pollock is healing up nicely from a hamstring injury and looks to be joining the Dodgers this weekend. But he will also be accompanied by an arm, which would be huge for the Los Angeles bullpen heading to Atlanta and Pittsburgh.
The Dodgers have been without Brusdar Graterol for the majority of the 2021 season. He got a late start at Spring Training and had to start the year on the injured list. After finally rejoining the team in April, he hit the injured list with a forearm issue.

Graterol later went for an MRI on his arm, but everything came back looking good. The Dodgers shut him down for almost 2 weeks before they got him throwing again. Brusdar was officially assigned to a rehab stint with OKC this week, and it sounds like he needs just 1-2 outings to rejoin the team.
Dave Roberts said on Monday that Graterol would be throwing a 25 pitch outing today, either game situation or a live bp scenario. If everything goes well this week, he could be back with the Dodgers on the road trip that starts Friday.
Graterol has made just 3 appearances for the Dodgers in 2021, but none of them were particularly healthy. He’s given up 3 earned runs in 1.1 innings of work.
