Dodgers Lineup vs Cubs: Freddie Freeman Out, Andy Pages Sits
Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman is out of Sunday’s lineup. The Dodgers will hope to bounce back after suffering the worst home loss in franchise history to the Chicago Cubs Saturday night.

Here’s what the L.A. lineup looks like with Freeman and Andy Pages out:
- Shohei Ohtani, DH
- Mookie Betts, SS
- Tommy Edman, CF
- Teoscar Hernández, RF
- Michael Conforto, LF
- Will Smith, C
- Max Muncy, 3B
- Kiké Hernández, 1B
- Miguel Rojas, 2B
It’s unclear why Freeman is out of the Dodgers lineup for the series finale against Chicago; however, the first baseman just returned from the injured list Friday so he is likely getting a day off.
Freeman was placed on the 10-day injured list with a sprained right ankle, it was the same one he injured last season. As the World Series MVP returns to the lineup, the Dodgers are perhaps being cautious with Freeman.
Pages is 0-for-6 this series with three strikeouts. Although he made a leaping catch that robbed Michael Busch of a grand slam in the third inning of Friday’s 16-0 loss, Pages will not be in Sunday’s lineup.
Right-hander Tyler Glasnow is on the mound for the Dodgers.
