Dodgers: Mookie Betts Unveils New Brand Logo
Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts is one of the best players in the league. He’s a five-tool player who hits leadoff and can play second base if needed. Betts is not only an incredible ball player but a fashion icon and even has his own deal with Jordan.
How Betts got the deal with Jordan is also a great one, and Dodgers insider Juan Toribio has more on it and how teammate David Price helped him secure the deal.
Betts unveiled his newest logo, and the design is pretty awesome.
Mookie’s actual name is Markus Lynn Betts, and he put his initials in the logo. Betts initials are “MLB,” Ironically enough, Betts is thriving in the league; his mother, Diana Benedict, knew he would be dominating one day.
Benedict, a sports fantastic, purposely named her son Markus Lynn Betts because she wanted the initials to spell out “MLB.”
You can say it was meant to be, and we can thank his mother for that and the Boston Red Sox for gifting us Mookie.
