Dodgers News: Caleb Ferguson Makes Exciting Announcement With Wife Carissa
Caleb Ferguson’s wife, Carissa, made a very exciting announcement on Thursday via Instagram. She posted one picture of her and Caleb, and another of their dog, announcing that they’re expecting their first child.

Ferguson would have loved to make this announcement in the midst of a postseason run, but it’s nice to see he’ll have some extra time to prepare for their first child.
Ferguson still has two more years of arbitration on his contract, so he should be pretty locked into being in Los Angeles for the next few years.
He enjoyed his best year as a pro in 2022, sporting a 1.82 ERA across 34.2 innings pitched. He was left off the NLDS roster, but should play a big role as a left-handed reliever out of the Dodgers’ bullpen in 2023. Maybe the dad strength he gets can give him an even better season in 2023. That will definitely solidify his spot in LA for the foreseeable future.
