The reason that Justin Turner is sitting out tonight against Jesse Chavez is just because he is needing a day of rest. When Justin Turner returned from the disabled list, Dave Roberts let it be known that Turner would be resting once every five games. It is to avoid in injury to his knee, which he had surgery on.
Justin Turner says he's healthy. And don't worry about him qualifying for the batting title until September. (No, really, he said that.)

Corey Seager is another story. After coming out of the game against the Rockies over the weekend with what was originally diagnosed as a hamstring cramp, it might have been more than we actually thought. This is now the third straight game that he has sat out, leaving more of a concern than anyone would like to have.
If Seager is eventually placed on the disabled list, he will be eligible to come off 10 days since he last made an appearance.
