Dodgers NLCS: Chris Taylor Exits With Leg Injury
The Dodgers are currently fighting to stay alive in the National League Championship Series. Down 3 games to 1, Los Angeles was leading 7-2 when Freddie Freeman laced a double down the line in left.
Chris Taylor cut off the ball and gunned it in to try and cut Freeman down. While his throw beat him, Justin Turner could not handle the short hop. The Dodgers were in the shift with Freddie at the plate. Taylor went down as soon as he made his throw as well, grabbing at his ankle immediately.

The Dodgers medical staff came in to check on Taylor as he was down for several moments. CT talked with the staff momentarily before taking a jog and sending the staff off of the field. Taylor was later pulled in favor of a pinch-hitter in the home-half of the 8th. Updates on him will likely come in the postgame press conference.
The Dodgers can pull someone from the taxi squad to fill his place, but that would mean CT would not be able to return in the World Series should they make it that far.
