Chris Taylor is an American professional baseball player who currently plays as an outfielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was born on August 29, 1990, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Taylor was selected by the Seattle Mariners in the fifth round of the 2012 MLB Draft and made his Major League debut in 2014. He was later traded to the Dodgers in 2016, where he established himself as a versatile and productive player.

Taylor has played all three outfield positions, second base, and shortstop for the Dodgers, and has been a key contributor to the team’s success, including their World Series championship in 2020. He is known for his excellent defense, speed on the bases, and ability to hit for both average and power.

In 2020, he established the CT3 Foundation to help raise awareness and money in the fight against childhood cancer. He and his wife Mary have hosted multiple charity golf event in Virginia Beach and in Los Angeles.
