Dodgers Notes: Freddie Freeman Re-Injures Ankle, Bobby Miller Shines in Triple-A, LA Dominates Braves

The Los Angeles Dodgers have not lost a regular season game in 2025. The Boys in Blue improved to an incredible 6-0 for the first time since 1981, thanks to a 6-1 defeat over the Atlanta Braves.

Unfortunately, the win was without reigning World Series MVP Freddie Freeman. The first baseman had a ‘mishap’ in the shower and tweaked his surgically repaired ankle. He is currently day to day, per manager Dave Roberts.

On a happier note, Bobby Miller had a brilliant showing in his 2025 debut in Triple-A, throwing four strikeouts over 4.2 innings with no earned runs. The right-hander is working to get back from his own injuries from last year, and most recently getting drilled in the head by a line drive in the first Cactus League game of this past spring.
