Dodgers Rumors: Mets and Brewers in on Justin Turner, LA Still ‘Best Bet’ to Sign JT, 3B Options!
With spring training set to begin in a little over two weeks, the Los Angeles Dodgers still have yet to re-sign free agent third baseman Justin Turner. Ken Rosenthal reports that the New York Mets and the Milwaukee Brewers are still interested in Justin Turner with the Los Angeles Dodgers still being the ‘best bets’ to re-sign the one-time all-star third baseman.

If JT really wants four years, and either the Mets or Brewers give him four years, there looks like two options:
1. Friedman trade for the Miami 1B and moves Muncy to 3B, with Rios getting reps, or
2. They trade for Chris Bryant
John Higelin’s Birthday wish on my 55th birthday Feb 10th. #10 Turner signs new contract. I went to school at his college too. Can’t see us losing KIke , Peterson and Turner. Too much to lose. The line up still needs him in there 130 games a year and playoffs.
Trade with Cleveland for Jose Ramirez by offering them youth in their needed areas…all
they can say is no! He’s young and a switch hitter and he can move to the OF or DH ehen needed.
Muncy and Rios to man 1B and 3B. Whomever is better defensively should be the one. The Dodgers can make a minor trade or signing to for a right-handed hitting back-up or platoon guy.
