Dodgers Spring Training: Gonzalez, Uribe And Others Report Early

With under one week left until all Los Angeles Dodgers’ position players are expected to report for Spring Training, a handful arrived at Camelback Ranch ahead of schedule; namely Joc Pederson, Corey Seager and Yasiel Puig.
On Saturday, more players began trickling in beginning with Juan Uribe who arrived in fashion, via Bill Plunkett of the OC Register:

Perhaps of equal importance as Uribe reporting early is the Dodgers’ bubble machine may see light in 2015:

When asked if the bubble machine would return to the Dodgers’ dugout this season, Adrian Gonzalez left the open the possibility, but was noncommittal. As for Gonzalez, he arrived in Glendale, Ariz., roughly two hours after Uribe, according to Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times:

Soon after Hernandez reported Gonzalez’s arrival, Eric Stephen of True Blue LA added more names to the list:

Aside from A.J. Ellis and Yasmani Grandal, Gonzalez and Uribe are the only other starting infielders who have reported for Spring Training. They also head into the 2015 season at different points give their respective contracts.
This season marks the final year remaining on Uribe’s contract, whereas Gonzalez has four years and over $86 million left on his deal.
