Dodgers: Walker Buehler Jokes About Joining the Rams Amid Labor Disputes
With MLB and the player’s union locked in a heated dispute over financial compensation, players should probably consider the fact that there might not be baseball in 2020. Players around the league took to their social media today to voice their displeasure with commissioner Rob Manfred, including a few Dodgers players.
The debates are so heated that Dodgers’ ace Walker Buehler joked about a career change. He took to Instagram to post a picture of him kicking a football and tagged the Los Angeles Rams in it.
While the Rams are pretty set with Pro Bowl punter Johnny Hekker, Buehler might give him a run for his starting gig. Just look at that lawless form. All jokes aside, we would highly recommend that Buehler sticks to his day job with the Dodgers.
Let’s hope that Major League Baseball and the Player’s Association can come together on a deal, and get Walker back on the mound as soon as possible.
