Dodgers Watch Parties a Hit at Dodger Stadium for Road Games
The Dodgers were able to leave San Francisco with the Division Series all tied up. Given how Friday night in the Bay Area went, that feels like a massive win. Now they will head home and look to win both games to advance to the Championship Series and stay out of Oracle Park again.
But while the fellas were up North taking care of business, Dodgers fans were doing their part down here. The team made a change this year and allowed fans at the stadium to watch their team in the Division Series while on the road.
During the 2020 World Series run, the Dodgers also set up viewing parties for fans. That was under slightly different circumstances given where we were in the pandemic. Fans had to park in their cars in the parking lot to watch on the big screen.

This year, the Dodgers are having fans in the stadium to watch the games. For the price of $70, fans have been showing up to watch the Division Series out in the centerfield plaza. And so far, the viewing parties have been a huge hit.
Fans have packed out the plaza on both nights that the Dodgers have hosted the viewing parties. But now the series turns back to Los Angeles, and fans will get to fill every seat in the house to cheer on their guys. It’s going to be insane.
