Former Dodgers Star Adrian Gonzalez to Host Virtual Taco Tuesday
Just hearing the words makes me miss the NBA and the Lakers and LeBron. However, for this TACO TUUUESDAY, it’s a former Dodger that will be playing host.
Yes, five-time All-Star Adrian Gonzalez is teaming up with Calidad Cerveza for a virtual taco Tuesday to be held on Instagram Live at 5pm PST.

Moreover, he’ll be joined by celebrity Dodger fan A.C. Slater Mario Lopez, among others. The event is being put on to celebrate National Beer Day — something Dodgers Nation will be celebrating on Tuesday evening with our Blue Heaven Podcast live stream at 7pm PDT.
Shameless plus aside, at a time when we’re all staying home as much as we can for the sake of humanity, fresh content is desperately needed. People have watched as much Tiger King and other Netflix programming as they can, so something like this is welcome in any home.
For those wondering about what happened to A Gon, after the famous Charlie Culberson trade (the one that brought Matt Kemp back to Los Angeles) in the 2017-2018 offseason, the 36-year-old Gonzalez ended up appearing in 54 games for the New York Mets before being released in June of 2018.
He’s since attempted comebacks, but the jobs never came.
Now you can celebrate taco Tuesday with the former Dodger.
