Special Dodgers Bobbleheads Release in Honor of New City Connect Uniform Debut
The time has finally come, ladies and gentlemen. For the past month, we’ve seen sneak peek after sneak peek of the Dodgers rumored City Connect uniforms for the 2024 season and the Dodgers stayed silent on the matter for weeks.
However, earlier this week the team announced on social media that the new jerseys and hats were official and shared high-resolution images and video packages showcasing multiple players actually wearing them. Fans took to X and Instagram to share their thoughts on the new threads decked out in a funfetti-theme with new number designs.
With fashion being subjective nowadays and Los Angeles representing so many people, it appears the creative minds behind the new uniforms wanted to come out with a product that could symbolize just how diverse the city has become in recent years.
The Dodgers unfortunately lost to the Angels on Friday during Shohei Ohtan’s first regular season game against his former team since signing his new $700 million contract. However, they will get a second chance tonight at Dodger Stadium and they’ll be debuting their new City Connect uniforms for the baseball world to see.
Just in time, FOCO has released a special pack of bobbleheads with some of our favorite Dodgers rocking the new uniforms. The options include Mookie Betts, Clayton Kershaw, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Freddie Freeman, Chris Taylor, and the famous Dodger Dog.
