Tweets Of The Day: Clayton Kershaw Dazzles, Brian Wilson Returns
Zack Greinke continued to be dominant as he tossed eight innings of one-run ball as the Dodgers took the second game of the series, 4-1.
Yasiel Puig was back in the starting lineup after not starting Tuesday night, but it turns out that he received an IV after last night’s game due to cramping.
The Marlins got the pleasure to face the Dodgers other ace, Clayton Kershaw as he looked to improve on his incredible season. Coming into today’s start, Kershaw has a 1.80 ERA and his WHIP is well below one as he looked to lock down the NL Cy Young award even further.
After today’s game, the Dodgers will fly home to begin a weekend series with the Boston Red Sox, who have been resting after their 12-1 win over the Giants yesterday.
Let’s get to the tweets from this afternoon’s game.
