Yasiel Puig Video: Puig Won’t Be Pitching Anytime Soon, Just Ask Justin Turner

Justin Turner and Yasiel Puig spent time with a group of kids this morning for an, “MLB Play Ball” event, playing whiffle ball out on the sand of Venice Beach.

Yasiel was pitching in front of the group of kids, and Justin showed off his sweet swing. After Justin rounded the bases, Yasiel posted the video from his twitter account.

While Puig used one of his now-famous hashtags #PuigNoPitch to preface the video, Justin Turner was nothing but humble on his end, simply promoting the fun that the guys had with the kids.

So now we know, if there’s ever an extra-inning game and the Dodgers run out of pitchers, Yasiel shouldn’t be their first position player to take the mound.
