Dodgers: First look at Trevor Bauer’s First Bullpen in Blue

Dodgers fans have been waiting patiently to see some of their new arrivals in action at Spring Training. While pitchers and catchers reported this week, the content from the team that fans were able to see was admittedly limited.

That seems to have taken a turn for the better as the Dodges released a bunch of footage on Friday. That footage included parts of a bullpen session for Trevor Bauer. Los Angeles signed Bauer in the offseason to a massive deal that could be worth over $100 million by the time it is up.

Understandably, Dodgers fans are anxious to see what the team money is going towards.

Major League Baseball and the Dodgers are hoping that they will be able to have fans in their stands on Opening Day. President and CEO Stan Kasten reiterated that in a video sent out to season ticket holders on Friday. If all goes according to plan, Chavez Ravine will hold a percentage of the max capacity this spring.

The Dodgers are going to be just about $4 million over the luxury tax bracket that enforces the stiffest penalty in 2021. Despite that, Andrew Friedman isn’t too sure there will be any cost-cutting Measures. The President of Baseball Operations said that he expects the team to finish with that payroll this year.
