Dodgers: Joc Pederson Announces Child Number 2 is on the Way

Papa Joc was always something that was going to take some getting used to, but soon he’ll get to refine his daddy craft times two. Yes, Joc and his wife Kelsey announced they are expecting their second child with a lovely photo on Instagram.

Joc announced the upcoming “party of five” along with Kelsey and their daughter Poppy sporting a big sister t-shirt. Of course, the Pederson’s dog Blue is family member number four at the moment.

The 27-year-old “Yung Joc” was nearly traded to Anaheim this past offseason, but Angels owner Arte Moreno pulled the plug on the agreed-upon deal. Pederson also (reluctantly) agreed to a $7.75M arbitration contract with the Dodgers this offseason setting him for what might likely be his last season with Los Angeles.

We recently revisited Joc’s casa, which — if he and his family still reside there — is more than big enough for the five-deep Pederson clan.

Congratulations to Joc, Kelsey, Blue, and big sister Poppy!
