Dodgers: Kenley Jansen Continues Tour of His Home in Curaçao
Thankfully the Dodgers’ media team is still hard at work during this time with no baseball. On Wednesday, the club released the second part of its Dodgers Hometown Series based around Kenley Jansen and his wife Gianni.
A small Dodger production team took a trip to Curaçao over the winter to get a first-hand look at the island where Kenley grew up.
In part two, Kenley takes a tour of the home his father and his family grew up in — a house that has been standing since 1914. We also visit the Jansen family’s favorite local eatery, Komedor Krioyo, and see the food that fueled a young future All-Star.
The day wraps with a ride on an impressive boat where the Jansen family are the stars of the water.
Thankfully now Kenley, Gianni, and the kids are safe at home in LA where the big man is sporting a new haircut and working on a mean crossover on the basketball court against his wife.
