Dodgers Max Muncy Diagnosed with Right Wrist Contusion after Hit By Pitch
Max Muncy left the rubber match game between the Padres and Dodgers Wednesday night after being hit by a pitch:
The Max Muncy hit by pitch. Looks like it wasn't as bad as Chris Taylor's injury.
Let's just hope x-rays come back negative. pic.twitter.com/l4ugXDehN6

In the top of the 8th inning, Alanna Rizzo reported that Muncy was diagnosed with a right wrist contusion, which was welcome news to all of Dodgers Nation after worries of another broken wrist, which teammates Chris Taylor and Justin Turner has suffered from this season.
[adace-ad id=”113320″]. @AlannaRizzo reports that Max Muncy has a right wrist contusion.
. . . but that's what they said about Chris Taylor, too, right?

UPDATE: Muncy will be reevaluated on Thursday and with the X-rays negative, chances are he may only a game or two. With rosters expanding on Sunday, expectations that low that he’ll require an IL stint.
Put Muncy on the IL, let him rest.
Robin, do you not believe that it’s time for Dodger management to do something to combat our hitters being hit like this? It’s gone way too far. Dodger medical team has mis- diagnosed injuries on many occasion, just like what happened to CT3 this year. IDK….
