The 24-year-old righty has some of the best stuff in the system, including a fastball that regularly registers in the mid-to-upper 90s and a power slider in the mid-80s. He’s hard to hit, as evidenced by his absurd .140 batting average against. The main problem, though, continues to be his ability to throw strikes. He’s walked almost as many batters as he’s struck out. It’s late in his development to believe he’ll suddenly turn things around, but if he does, he could take off.
