Dodgers: Mookie Betts’s Wife Brianna Has the Joke of the Night at Couple’s Wedding
They say good things take time, and for the newly christened Betts couple, it was worth the wait. Last week, Mookie Betts and his long-time girlfriend Brianna Hammonds tied the knot in a beautiful Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. wedding.
The couple looked stunning dressed to the nines (or the 50s) for the day to remember. The day also featured a phenomenal quip on Brianna’s part. Or perhaps more of a burn on her new husband. As part of the nuptials, Mrs. Betts found a baseball way to mess with Mookie.
“…I love you for the arm that can throw someone out at home plate, but can’t make his dirty clothes reach the hamper.”

Teammates in Attendance
Much like the recent wedding party that took place at Dodger Stadium after Thanksgiving, Mookie’s Dodger teammates showed up and showed out for the wedding.
Attendees also got to make it rain in a mesmerizing photo/video opportunity. Notably, the wedding fell on the same day that the Dodgers and Chris “Paper Chaser” Taylor agreed to his new 4-year deal with LA. So, perhaps the money was part of the inside joke.
