Dodgers Nation Week In Review: May 4 — May 10
The Los Angeles Dodgers had a disappointing end to their nine-game road trip as they dropped two of three to the Washington Nationals.
Returning to Dodger Stadium didn’t provide any relief for the Dodgers however, as the San Francisco Giants took the first two of a four-game set to continue expanding their lead in the NL West.
Manager Don Mattingly was open with his desire to not make excuses for the 5-4 road trip record and continued to face scrutiny for some of his managerial decisions, the team’s inept offense and struggling bullpen.
