Dodgers News: Corey Seager Takes Another Step Forward in Recovery
Injured Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager continues to take positive steps in his recovery from a hamstring injury. Jorge Castillo of the LA Times with the update:
Corey Seager just finished taking groundballs at shortstop and turning double plays with Austin Barnes. He first started taking groundballs a couple of days ago.

With Wednesday came the two week mark since he hit the IL, and with him taking ground balls and working up the middle so soon, it bodes well for his targeted return date of the second-half opening series in Boston.
It should be noted that he will not be travelling with the team as they head to Colorado for a 4 game series.
Seager is not heading to Denver with team.

With how well the altitude and thin Colorado air tends to treat Dodgers players, Corey staying behind is more than welcome.
Seager continues to take steps forward, but this update feels like a big leap when dealing with a hamstring injury.
