Was with Padres/Triple-A El Paso this season until he was DFA 2 weeks ago.
Career .271/.317/.463 hitter over 331 games in the Majors.
Dahl has spent the majority of his career with the NL West’s Rockies. The first four seasons of his major league career was in Colorado where he was even named an All-Star in 2019. In that season, he hit .302 with 15 home runs and 61 RBIs.
Since 2019, Dahl has been unable to play a full season and has struggled to find his 2019 form. In 2021, he played throughout the Texas Rangers organization where he played games in Double-A, Triple-A and the majors.
Last year, he spent the entire season in Triple-A with both the Rangers and Washington Nationals affiliates.
So far this year, Dahl has spent the majority of his time in Triple-A, but played four games with the Padres. In El Paso, Dahl hit .265 with a home run and 11 RBIs in 17 games.
In the four games he played in San Diego, Dahl hit .111 with a home run.
Tonight will be the first night the Dodgers will be able to see him on their side as he takes the field in Oklahoma City.
Between him and Kole Calhoun, the Dodgers now have some outfield lefty depth in Triple-A.
