The “Kenley-themed” locker has tablets, laptops, portable DVD players, and gaming systems for patients and their families. Patients younger than seven have access to age appropriate entertainment and learning devices. “Kenley’s Locker” is a cornerstone of The Kenley Jansen Foundation. Jansen and his wife founded the charity to provide support to young patients with serious and chronic illnesses, and their families. They will continue to place lockers in children’s hospitals and Ronald McDonald Houses throughout metropolitan Los Angeles.
Through the foundation Jansen also makes hospital visits to Los Angeles-area hospitals to spend time with patients, sign autographs, and donate gifts to patients, their families, and the medical professionals who provide care throughout the year.
