Dodgers: Pups at the Park Night a Hilarious Success

The Dodgers held a special Pups in the Park night back in May, and it was so popular they didn’t have enough availability to meet demand. Even before the May 14 event had happened, the team announced a sequel event to be held on September 5.

And what an event it was! Fans had the opportunity to purchase a special ticket package allowing them to bring their dogs with them to sit in the right-field pavilion for the game after participating in a pregame warning track parade.

Judging by the Dodgers’ social media team, it sounds like this event was a barking success.

There are few things more adorable than the best little boy or girl dressed in Dodger Blue, and there are few places more wonderful than Dodger Stadium, so this event is a match made in Blue Heaven.

The game itself was lousy, with the Giants beating the Dodgers, 7-4, but the dogs probably didn’t even notice. After having so much demand they had to add a second date this year, it seems like a safe bet the pups will be back in the park in 2023.
