Dodgers: Vegas Odds Have LA With Best Odds to Win the World Series

The Dodgers are one of just four teams remaining in MLB’s postseason. As luck would have it, Las Vegas also has them featured as the favorite to win the World Series. That isn’t much of a surprise. given that Los Angeles has been the favorite since they landed Mookie Betts back in February. 

But the latest odds out of Vegas deal specifically with the four teams that are left in the playoffs. The Dodgers came in at +150 in their odds. If you’re unfamiliar with oddsmaking, less is more. So for the Houston Astros, a $100 bet would win you $700 and so on. 

• Astros: +700 
• Braves: +400
• Rays: +175
• Dodgers: +150

And why not give them the best odds to win it all? The Dodger steamrolled their way to the National League Championship Series, running through the Brewers and Padres. Before they took down San Diego in three games, they were supposed to be one of the other favorites coming out of the National League. 

Featuring an offense that has slowly woken up with each passing playoff game and a pitching staff that is unparalleled, the Dodgers appear to be on a mission. That mission would be to return a World Series to Los Angeles for the first time since 1988, and their chances are pretty good.
