Dodgers: Walker Buehler Tops Fantasy Baseball Rankings for NL Pitchers
Dodgers fans looking to get ahead in their fantasy baseball league this year might want to pay attention. Drafting players is always a roll of the dice, but this year, it can be an educated roll instead.
The Athletic’s Eno Sarris recently came out with his fantasy baseball projections for 2021, and he started with…well, starting pitchers. If you can’t grab the Mets’ Jacob deGrom with your first pick, there is one Dodgers pitcher you should pursue.
Walker Buehler is coming off of a year that saw him get a late start for the Dodgers and face blister issues. But according to Sarris, he is one of the best you can get in the National League. Sarris used a combination of projections to come up with the rankings, which placed Buehler 4th overall.

Buehler’s “Quality of Stuff’ ranked out six points above league average at 106. The next Dodgers player to make the list was Clayton Kershaw who came in ranked 11th. Picking up either one of these arms is sure to boost your fantasy team, and hopefully, keep you out of last place.

Despite not having Justin Turner in their current lineup plans, the Dodgers are still ranked as the best in baseball. ESPN predicted that Los Angeles would have the most productive lineup without JT plugged into their predictions.
