Dodgers: Watch Gavin Lux Hilariously Disagree With Called Third Strike
Dodgers fans are just waiting for Gavin Lux to get the call-up again this season. While Dave Roberts admitted that might be close, it hasn’t happened just yet.
Lux went deep twice in the Dodgers’ taxi squad game at Dodger Stadium on Monday. But in the middle of that game, there was a call Lux wasn’t particularly fond of.
Gavin Lux takes exception to Tony Gonsolin’s strike 3 call, draws a line in the dirt to show where the ball was from Dodgers
In the video, Lux can be seen staring down the opposing dugout after Keibert Ruiz rings him up. The Dodgers prospect proceeds to draw a line in the dirt to show just how far he thought Tony Gonsolin had missed the zone.
The team optioned Lux to the alternate location once Summer Camp was over. Lux was a late arrival to camp and never really caught up to speed with everyone else. Roberts has updated on him periodically, only saying that he has been progressing and taking at-bats.
Up Next for the Dodgers
Los Angeles will finish up a series with San Francisco on Thursday before heading to Texas for a series with the Rangers. After that, they return to LA for series against the Diamondbacks and Rockies.
