Local Artist Uses Dodgers and Lakers Championships as Inspiration for T-Shirts

Over the last few seasons, we’ve seen a huge rise in graphics works from talented artists online — especially involving our Dodgers. Where we’re most likely to see those works is on t-shirts.

Now with two Los Angeles championships in the books in October, one local artist is using those title as inspiration for some clever designs. Justin Waters recently joined CBS to chat about his work

Waters’ work has been in the public eye before. As he noted in the interview with Ben Lyons, some of his designs have taken off thanks to Dodgers player Justin Turner and superfan and comedian George Lopez who got one of the designs all the way up to Vin Scully.
