Evan Phillips is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers. He was born on September 11th, 1994, in Salisbury, Maryland. Phillips was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 17th round of the 2015 MLB June Amateur Draft from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He made his major league debut in 2018 with the Atlanta Braves. He then spent time in Baltimore and Tampa Bay and on August 16th, 2021 the Los Angeles Dodgers claimed RHP Evan Phillips off waivers from the Tampa Bay Rays.

2022 was a breakout year for Phillips, posting an ERA of 1.14 in 64 games, and quickly became a favorite weapon out of the bullpen. He is known for his powerful arm and his ability to generate swings and misses with his pitches.
