Dodgers: 9 Players Ranked in MLB’s Top 100 Right Now

The Dodgers are going to field some of the best individual talent available across baseball in 2021. Taking apart their lineup piece by piece, they very well may have some of the best players at each position around the diamond.

Major League Baseball seems to agree with that. In their latest rankings of the top 100 players around baseball, 9 different Dodgers players came in the top 50 spots. That list includes Mookie Betts who came in as the second-best player in all of MLB.

Let’s dive into those rankings and where the Dodgers players fell in.

Dodgers in the Top 50

Will Smith came in as number 50 on the list, while Justin Turner finished 46th. MLB originally ranked Turner as a free agent, but obviously, he is with the Dodgers now. Max Muncy finished at 45, Walker Buehler at 40, and Clayton Kershaw at 38.

Newest Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer ranked as the 29th and Corey Seager 24ht. From there, the Dodgers really showed up on the list of top players. Cody Bellinger ranked as the 10th best player in baseball even after a very down season in 2020.

And of course, Mookie Betts was always going to finish near the top. While he did not take the top spot in MLB, Betts was ranked as the second-best player behind Mike Trout. Not bad for a Dodgers team looking to go back-to-back in 2021.
