Dodgers: Dave Roberts Rocks Custom Shoes For Jackie Robinson Day

The Dodgers will get to play a game tonight with every player and member of the coaching staff rocking the number 42. On Jackie Robinson Day, every player around the league gets the chance to do that. It’s a very special time, and the 75th anniversary of Jackie breaking the color barrier will make it even more special.

In honor of the special day, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts showed up wearing some special shoes. Doc was rocking a pair of Nikes during the pregame huddle with reporters and the media, and they’re pretty cool.

With phrases like ‘Stronger Together’ and Equality on the side, I can’t think of a better shoe to wear on the field for Jackie Robinson Day.
