Dodgers Manager Dave Roberts Has Egg Thrown at Him by Bystander at Korean Airport

The Los Angeles Dodgers have made it to Korea for the first ever Seoul Series. While tons of fans were in attendance at the airport to watch the Dodgers land in an awesome scene, unfortunately, one bystander decided to throw an egg at Dodgers manager Dave Roberts, according to Jeeho Yoo, an English sportswriter for Yonhap News who was on the scene.

Yoo reports that police and airport authorities are investigating the situation.

Here’s an apparent video of the incident:

As of now, there’s no additional information on the incident. However, it doesn’t appear that the egg hit Roberts or impacted him in any way.

The Dodgers had seemingly hundreds of fans greeting them at the Incheon International Airport. They play the Padres on March 20 and 21, but will play exhibition games on March 17 and 18 against Korean teams.
