Dodgers Seoul Series Info: Schedule, Tickets, How to Watch and More
The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres are set to open the 2024 regular season in Seoul, South Korea.
In addition to the Padres, the Dodgers will face two Korean clubs, the Kiwoom Heroes on Saturday (8 p.m. Pacific Time) and the Korean national team on Monday (3 a.m. PT), before their two regular season games March 20 and 21.
Seoul Series Tickets
Tickets to attend the games reportedly sold out within the first hour after going on sale in January. The South Korea-based streaming app Coupang announced that only users with Coupang’s Rocket Wow membership — a paid subscription service that allows a user to use Coupang Play — were able to purchase tickets online. Subscribers could only buy two tickets at a time.
That’s led to astronomical prices on the secondary ticket market, according to Bloomberg, which reported seats retailing for $3,000 as of Thursday.
How to Watch the Seoul Series
In local markets, SportsNet LA will carry all four games live, including the two games against the Padres at 3 a.m. Pacific Time.
Nationally, ESPN will televise both Dodgers-Padres games live for out-of-market fans only. The ESPN telecasts will be subject to local blackout restrictions in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets.
Coupang Play, a South Korea-based streaming app, is the exclusive streaming platform for the March 20 and 21 games in Seoul. The app is not available in the United States without a VPN.

The Dodgers and Padres must announce their season-opening 26-man rosters on the day of the game — 7 p.m. Tuesday in the U.S.
The teams are expected to wear a special “Seoul Series” jersey patch on their sleeves in South Korea.
Chan Ho Park, the former Dodgers and Padres star who in 1994 became the first Korean-born player to play Major League Baseball, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch on Opening Day.
A press conference featuring Dodgers stars Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman has been scheduled for 1:15 a.m. (PT) Saturday in Seoul.
The Padres will be the home team on Wednesday and the Dodgers will bat last on Thursday.
