Dodgers News: Dodgers Defeat Giants and Honor Jackie Robinson

What a night in Los Angeles. What a night for Dodger baseball.

Following a tough road trip in San Francisco versus the Giants, the Dodgers made sure they returned the favor when the Giants came to town.

It was officially Jackie Robinson Day, but Dodgers’ Kike Hernandez made it a night to remember for him as well.

Hernandez hit two solo-home runs off Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner, the first one came off the first pitch in the first inning.

He hit a double, which brought in two runs.

Then made a diving catch to save a hit.

The Dodgers went on to defeat the Giants.
