Dodgers News: Joc Pederson Activated from DL; Adrian Gonzalez – 10 Day DL
Dodgers announced Tuesday morning that Joc Pederson will be making his return from the disabled list ahead of the series in Cleveland.
He will be batting 8th and playing center field against the right-handed hurler, Trevor Bauer. Pederson has been sidelined for some time after a collision with Yasiel Puig forcing a neck strain and mild concussion.
Pederson has been struggling this season batting just .200. But Dodger fans remain hopeful after an impressive rehab stint that included two massive home runs.

Gonzalez has cooled down, batting just .154 in the last week and having only one home run on the year. Up until this season, he has never been on the disabled list in his impressive 13-year career. This year he has been sent to the DL twice.
Gonzalez has had a nagging back problem this year and this ten day period should bring great rest to the Dodgers “Butter-and-egg man”. During his absence it is likely that we will see Joc resume duties in center, Taylor will move to left, and Bellinger will return home to his role at first base.

I’m disappointed that Jock was called up so soon. I think what would be best for him long term would be to stay down and get right.
